Rule M- between और among का प्रयोग

- between दो व्यक्तियों या वस्तुओं के लिए प्रयुक्त होता है तथा among का प्रयोग दो से अधिक व्यक्तियों या वस्तुओं के लिए किया जाता है,जैसे-

1.It is between you and me.

2.His father divided his property between Anand and Ravi.

3.Distribute the sweets among the girls. 

Note -

- between का प्रयोग दो से अधिक के साथ भी किया जा सकता है जब उन सभी व्यक्तियों तथा वस्तुओं में आपस में स्थायी सम्बंध अथवा सहयोग का भाव प्रकट होता हो, जैसे-

4.Our country India lies between China, Pakistan, Nepal and Bangladesh.

5.There is a treaty between the four great nations.
