यदि Score, 100, 1000, Dozen के पूर्व संख्या होती है तो 's' नहीं लगते हैं किन्तु यदि उनके पूर्व संख्या नहीं होती है तो बहुवचन बनाने के लिए 's' लगाते हैं, तथा उनके बाद 'of' का प्रयोग करते हैं।जैसे -
(1) I bought three dozen mangoes.
(2) My father gave me 500 rupees.
(3) Hundreds of rupees were spent.
(4) Thousands of persons gathered there.
(5) Dozens of seats are vacant.
